I had an excellent experience with Raffie Pearl! The customer service was very responsive and helpful, and the quality of the stainless steel push-lock crimp beads exceeded my expectations. They fit perfectly on my 49-strand, 0.024″ beading wire, creating a secure and clean finish. I’ve tried several crimp beads before, and these are by far the best I’ve used. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality jewelry findings!
I finally got to open my package the other day after traveling out of town often. I love my necklace so much! It looks even better in person than online and has become the only one I want to reach for as a daily necklace. Raffie was amazing at communicating with me when I left a note about possible customizations. She was super helpful and kind! I needed my chain to be a little longer personally for me because I don’t like to wear anything too tight around my neck (18 inches isn’t, but I’m not use to it either). I ordered at an odd hour on June 14th, coming to the U.S. and going through customs ALWAYS will take unknown time, but it arrived to me in July 1st.
It was packaged beautifully with the most adorable pouch that I will reuse for other things. The complimentary cloths for polishing the pearl, and another one to polish silver/gold. 🩷 Raffie is truly amazing, so is the necklace. I can’t wait to buy more from you, Raffie! Especially if you do matching earrings somehow for the Edison pearl necklace. I may even try a custom design in the near future. I would certainly buy these as gifts for loved ones for special occasions.
Please do not treat this like a cheap Amazon thing and get mad when it doesn’t arrive within 2 days. She has to make it, and it’s likely shipping from overseas (depending on where you’re ordering from. I’m in the U.S.). It’s beautiful and worth the wait. So plan ahead of it’s for some event or a gift.
Raffie’s communication and working with me was amazing! The website is easy to navigate. Delivery was great, despite customs taking time (it’s customs after all).
